The CTLD Department at Lloyd Group of Institutions is pivotal in facilitating technical training, providing placement support to students in prestigious organizations, and managing industry interactions. It fosters Institute-Industry connections, offers career counselling, conducts personality development sessions, and organizes industry visits, expert lectures, alumni activities, and annual job fests. The placement model at CTLD comprises Pre-Placement activities, Career Guidance, and Post-Placement reviews. The CTLD undertakes various initiatives such as mock interviews, GD sessions, resume writing workshops, and HR meetings to prepare students for placement success.

Niyukti 2025: The Job Fest

Niyukti is an apt name for an event which brings hundreds of job aspirants and scores of recruiting companies together under one roof and gives them an opportunity to seek out the best match for each other, from each other. In the four years since its inception, Niyukti, the Annual Job Fest of the Lloyd Group of Institutions, Greater Noida, has hosted more than 4000 students and 150 recruiters (some of them choosing to come again and again every year!) on its campus in the month of April every year. About 1700 students have found their first job in the Lloyd’s Job Fest-Niyukti and started the journey of their career.

Placement and Internship List

Summer internships, which are an integral part of CCS University's curriculum, allow students to apply theoretical information obtained in the classroom to actual processes used in numerous companies and sectors.

During the Internships, students are placed in organizations for about 6-8 weeks after the second semester on a specific assignment linked to their preferred areas of specialization. Students are placed for Summer Internships at companies across industries ranging from FMCG, Automobile, Manufacturing & retail, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Telecom, E-Commerce, Media, Real Estate and several other companies.

Under the guidance of Project Guides from the Industry and with help from Faculty, students are expected to submit a report on the given assignment detailing their learning and its linkages with management education. This report is evaluated as part of the Program requirements and allows students to add a practical dimension to their academic perspective that helps them get an idea about possible future career paths.
