Workshop Flow:
Introduction to Creative Writing
The session opened with a brief overview of what creative writing entails – its forms, value in academic and professional contexts, and how it differs from routine writing. Emphasis was placed on clarity, structure, tone, and expression.
Group Activity – Story Building (One Line at a Time)
Students were grouped and engaged in a story-building activity where each member added a single line to construct a story collaboratively. This fun exercise challenged participants to think quickly, maintain narrative flow, and adapt to others' inputs.
Sharing and Discussion
Each group presented their completed story. Faculty facilitators provided constructive feedback on creativity, coherence, and originality, encouraging students to think beyond conventional ideas.
