Objectives:
The AARAMBH 2025 was to seamlessly integrate the new BBA and B.Com students into the academic, cultural, and social fabric of Lloyd Group of Institutions. The event aimed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the institution, familiarizing students with the faculty, academic expectations, and available support systems. It sought to foster a sense of community among the students, encouraging collaboration and mutual support. Additionally, the program was designed to inspire and motivate students through interactions with distinguished professionals and alumni, whose insights and experiences served to ignite their aspirations for excellence. The event also aimed to recognize and celebrate student achievements, thereby encouraging the continuous pursuit of excellence. Ultimately, AARAMBH 2025 was intended to lay a strong foundation for the students' educational journey, ensuring they are well-prepared, informed, and motivated to succeed at Lloyd Group of Institutions.

The orientation program for the BBA and B.Com batches (2025–28) of Lloyd Group of Institutions, titled AARAMBH 2025, spanned four insightful days from 25th to 29th August 2025. This meticulously designed programme aimed to prepare students for their academic journey, provide exposure to industry insights, and instill in them the values and ethos of Lloyd.
The first day, 25th August 2025, commenced with the reporting and registration of the new students at the Management Department, Campus 2. The process, overseen by faculty members, ensured a smooth transition into the academic environment. Dr. Shilpi Sarna, Head of Department, guided the process with precision, while Mr. Faizal Noman, Program Coordinator, managed logistics. Additional support was provided by Dr. Supriya Dang, First Year Coordinator, ensuring that every student was properly registered. Following registration, students were introduced to the institution’s academic and administrative framework. Sessions covered Lloyd’s history, mission, and vision, along with an overview of curriculum, co-curricular activities, and personal growth opportunities. The formal faculty introduction helped build a sense of belonging, leaving students feeling welcomed and prepared for their journey ahead.
The second day, 26th August 2025, brought a more formal and engaging series of sessions in the auditorium. Distinguished guests included Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Arora Sethi, Group Director of Lloyd Group of Institutions; Dr. Sumit Bhardwaj, Manager – Analytics at Concentrix; and Mr. Saurabh Singh, Marketing Manager at Moon Beverages Ltd. Dr. Vandana Arora Sethi set the tone by sharing Lloyd’s mission and vision, inspiring students to strive for excellence. Dr. Bhardwaj provided valuable insights into the role of analytics and data-driven decision-making in modern industries, while Mr. Singh spoke about the dynamic nature of marketing and the evolving skillsets required. The vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Shilpi Sarna, HOD UG Management Department. The day also featured a felicitation ceremony, honoring outstanding achievers from the 2023–26 and 2024–27 batches, including Hasan Abbas, Sameer Rai, Krish Raj, Aditya Trivedi, Shivam Dagur, Karan Pratap Singh, Mahi Bansal, Saurav Kumar, and Stanzin. This recognition not only celebrated excellence but also served as inspiration for the new students.
After a festive break for Ganesh Chaturthi on 27th August, the programme resumed on 28th August 2025, a day dedicated to experiential learning and alumni interaction. The morning began with Management Games at Campus 2, where students engaged in team-based activities designed to sharpen leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills. The afternoon session, Alumni Panel Discussion was held in the Law Building Auditorium hosted by Dr. Supria Dang. Esteemed alumni returned to share their professional journeys, including Mr. Abhishek Dubey (Software Engineer, Bizmetric Indigo Aviation), Mr. Jai Chakraborty (Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hestabit Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Amarnath Arora (Analyst, JLL), Mr. Nikhil Verma (Management Consultant, ISCG), Mr. Rohit Chauhan (Assistant Manager, Genpact), and Ms. Priyanshi Mishra (Executive – ERP Support, Technip Energies). They offered insights into adaptability, career growth, innovation, and resilience, while also addressing questions from students. Their stories of transformation from classrooms at Lloyd to professional success inspired the audience and fostered a stronger connection to the institution. The day concluded with uniform distribution, symbolizing formal integration into the Lloyd community.
The final day, 29th August 2025, was devoted to specialized orientation sessions on Business Analytics and Digital Marketing, two domains shaping the future of business. The day opened with an address by Dr. Neetu Kamra, Head of the Centre of Data Analytics & AI Initiatives, Lloyd Business School, who explained the increasing relevance of data analytics in business decision-making. This was followed by sessions from industry leaders: Mr. Gagan Agrawal (Leader – Academic Partnerships, IBM India), who spoke about the global demand for analytics professionals; Mr. Deepak Singh (Partner, DotCalm – Unified Marketing Services), who shared insights into the digital marketing landscape; and Mr. Ajeetab Kotwal (Head, Centre of Excellence for Digital Marketing, Lloyd Group of Institutions), who emphasized the synergy of creativity and analytics in successful strategies. Students actively engaged in discussions, connecting theoretical knowledge with industry practices. The day concluded with class sessions and uniform distribution, marking the formal wrap-up of Aarambh 2025.
