The “Career Catalyst – Master the Art of Landing Your Dream Job” workshop was to equip students with essential career-building skills, including crafting impactful resumes and cover letters, understanding the differences between a resume and a CV, decoding job descriptions (JD), and optimizing applications for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The session aimed to empower participants—especially fresher’s—with practical tools to confidently pursue internships and job opportunities.

On 7th April 2025, U.G. Management Department, Lloyd Group of Institutions successfully organised the Career Catalyst – Master the Art of Landing Your Dream Job workshop, exclusively for BBA and students.
The primary objective of this workshop was to guide students through the essential stages of job preparation—starting from understanding the difference between a resume and a CV, to mastering resume-building techniques, writing effective cover letters, interpreting job descriptions (JDs), and optimizing resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). It aimed to enhance employability skills and increase the confidence of students as they begin their professional journeys.
The workshop began with a clear comparison between a resume and a CV.
